Robert Kruger, Editorial Director of Publications at the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR), holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of Michigan, an M.Phil. in Biology from the University of Sussex, and a B.Sc. in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics from UCLA.

 

Since joining AACR in 2019, he has played a key role in shaping content strategies for AACR’s 10 journals and supported the launch of AACR’s first open access journal Cancer Research Communications. He also serves as Senior Executive Editor of AACR’s premier journal Cancer Discovery.

 

With nearly two decades of editorial leadership experience, he previously held key positions at Cell Press, including as Deputy Editor of Cell.
