Registration Process:

Participants must complete the following steps to secure their spot. Registration deadline: 30th September 2025 (11.59PM, GMT+8).

If you are eligible for YSD Travel Award, there is no separate application needed, please follow the steps below to complete the registration process.
How to register:
Step 1: Complete the registration form on AACR website -> AACR On Campus Malaysia | Education and Training | AACR
Step 2: Receive an email notification from the AACR after completing your registration. Please allow at least 30 minutes for the confirmation email.
Step 3: Process your payment through online bank transfer, following the guidelines in the Payment Methods section below. All payments must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Please save your proof of payment. If you are applying for the YSD Travel Award, no payment of registration fee is required.
Step 4: Upload your payment proof and abstract (if applicable) to this Abstract Submission and Payment Portal. Ensure you have your registration details with AACR (please use same name and registered email) on hand while completing the form. If you are applying for the YSD Travel Award, under "Amount paid", select "Travel Award - Yayasan Sime Darby".
Step 5: A confirmation email will be sent from aacroc_my@cancerresearch.my upon successful registration and payment. Please allow up to 14 working days for confirmation after submitting your proof of payment.

Award selection will be on first-come-first-serve basis, with the following eligibility criteria:

An early career researcher: student or a medical trainee

Completed registration with AACR and AACR on Campus-Malaysia from the period of 16th August to 30th September 2025.

Traveling from outside of Klang Valley (if attending KL event), or travelling from outside of Kuching (if attending Kuching event) - based on affiliated institute
Announcement of the award will be made in the month of September-October and the Travel Award will only be paid to those who attended the 2 full days event, in November/December via bank transfer.

Participants will have to select your preferred venue during registration.
CPD Accreditation:
Eligible participants who register and attend the event on-site will be awarded CPD accreditation of 10 points from Ministry of Health Malaysia, 16 points from National Specialist Register Malaysia, equivalent to 2 full days of training.
Please note that full attendance on the day of the event is required to receive these CPD points.
