

Abstract Submission Guidelines
We are now inviting abstracts for poster presentation at the AACR on Campus Malaysia: Defeating Cancer Through Global Education and Training Program! Abstracts can be submitted using our Abstract Submission and Payment Portal as you complete your registration.

Early bird registration by 30th April 2025 (11.59PM, GMT+8).
Regular registration by 31st August 2025 (11.59PM, GMT+8).
General Requirements

Please avoid hyphenating words at line breaks.

Use single line spacing; use hard returns only for headings and paragraphs.

Minimize abbreviations and define them at first use.

Abstracts must be in English (US or UK spelling, not both).

Special characters (e.g., Greek letters) usually transfer via copy-paste; if not, spell out the symbol.

Use SI units throughout, except for "liter" and "molar," which are permitted.
Title

Enter the title exactly as it should appear, in sentence case, without quotes, underlining, or punctuation.

Maximum: 200 characters (including spaces).

Review process

Abstract proposals will be evaluated by the scientific committee, whom reserve the right to make the final determination.

Only the first 75 submitted abstracts will be accepted. Submissions will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the limit is reached, no further abstracts will be considered.

Applicant is required to submit their poster electronically by 30th September 2025(11.59PM, GMT+8) to be qualified for best poster competition. Further instructions on poster preparation will be made available by email.

Among the accepted posters, the 10 best posters will be shortlisted for the Best Poster Competition. The shortlisted abstracts/posters will be evaluated onsite by our panelists and invited speakers.

Travel grant to AACR Annual Meeting 2026 at San Diego California will be awarded to the best poster presenter (one from each venue site)
